Getting on TPAs is Simple, but Not Easy
This is true of many things in life. We don’t know what we don’t know, but when the light comes on and now we know it, life becomes better.
This is true with TPAs. Nearly every contractor at one time or another applies for activation with TPAs. What contractor doesn’t want to receive a direct assignment for which there is no bidding, no competing, and no downward pricing pressure? Where do you get that – only from TPAs.
I tell contractors all the time that the TPA application process is simple, but not easy.
In other words, most contractors meet the requirements of TPAs but get tripped up during the application process.
They fail to understand or meet specific requirements and are declined.
